Personal History: After receiving my art degree, I started a pottery business called "Chicken Coop Ceramics" and ran the business for 16 years. With the success of my pottery business I pursed an interest in developing a registered cowherd. For the next twenty years, I managed, raised, and showed a much-respected and well-known herd of cattle, in addition to being involved in a family farm, ranch and feedlot business. In 2004, my desire to get back into the art profession led me to become an oil painter depicting scenes of a western nature, striving to detail the spirit of horses and cattle and the western landscape in an impressionistic style. Recent sales have been to NV, MN, CO, TX, NM, Washington DC and France. I still continue to support ranching through venues such as NM and AZ Cowboy Symposiums, Cowbelle Benefit Functions and Empire Ranch Foundation.
